Over a 20-year career spanning APAC and the U.S., I’ve worked with companies, schools, and organizations in various capacities: in intrapreneurial roles launching new initiatives and building partnerships as part of business development; in intercultural consulting roles where I’ve custom-designed and/or delivered solutions including trainings, workshops, retreats, and facilitated conversations; and as a global leadership & intercultural coach, guiding managers and their families to see their own cultural lenses and understand different cultural worlds so as to navigate between them skillfully.

Now, I also work with leaders and organizations to reimagine abundance and forge a future that prioritizes well-being within planetary boundaries.
